We start by reviewing your current financial situation: your existing books, chart of accounts, how far along (or behind) you are, and what needs to happen to get you to a point where we can deliver meaningful insights.

Typically a few hours for businesses with relatively clean books. More time may be needed if you’re behind or have complex situations to untangle.

Our base package includes the essential bookkeeping and reconciliation. We’ll make sure that your books are accurate and deliver the key three financial statements to you at the end of each month.

- Financial statement preparation (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Constellation
FULL-SERVICE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Our Constellation package includes everything in Horizon along with accounts payable and receivable, managing invoices, and adds in the visual dashboards each month.

- Everything in Horizon Tier 3, plus:
- Accounts Payable management

North Star
STRATEGIC BUSINESS ADVISORY
Our North Star package includes everything in Constellation along with monthly business and financial review meetings to discuss observations and recommendations to your business. We will also help you with KPIs to help your team move the numbers for you.
